Chile Peppers Island Cantina

I just had the worst dining experience of my life. I came here with my family on vacation. I ordered the soft taco meal with grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken. The “chef” came out and verbally attacked me in front of my family and the restaurant. She said that I was changing her menu and if it came out and I didn’t like it I would have to pay. I had no problem with that because it was what I wanted. I will never eat here again. The chef had no business coming out yelling at me as a paying customer. She was all over our table yelling. She was rude and that’s no way to treat a customer. Once she realized she was wrong and I was not changing her menu because I simply wanted to substitute grilled chicken for shredded chicken; She didn’t apologize. She made a huge scene. The waiter even apologized for her behavior. I will never eat here again and I will deter everyone I know from this place because of your rude chef!
